The program is divided in two parts: the first area contains the function menu from which you can select and use the various program’s features.

Once selected the function from the menu, the ‘operational area’ on right will display the function’s results.

To initiate a new search for triggered signals, the user has to tell BB-Power where the ‘End Of Day’ data file is located so that BB-Power can scan it. To do so, the user can click on either “Talia Archives” or “Other Archives”

“Talia Archives” is only for users who receive ‘End Of Day’ data feeds directly from Talia.

“Other Archives” - Users must tell BB-Power where the Metastock or TraderLink VT ‘End of Day’ file is located on their PC so that the system can scan it.

After having selected the location of the archives, click on the ‘next’ button to access the search parameter configuration window.

Once the user has entered the search parameters, the system begins scanning the data file selected. The system will display a search screen for a few seconds and then it will show the search results in the form of a list of securities that match the search parameters set by the user. If the user selects a security, the security’s features will be displayed:
· Chart
· Bands
· Trading indicators
· Statistical analysis of the new signal identified, i.e., past frequency of the signal, signal reliability, etc.

Clicking on the “Functions” button, the user will be able to print a list of the new trading signals, copy stats in the note pad, and automatically set specific stop loss levels for the identified signal.
All stop loss levels can be maintained or removed by clicking on ‘stop signals’ in the menu area.
In addition to enabling users to scan the whole file for new signals, the function “Search signals on this stock” allows users to monitor also an individual security.

For each chart the system displays:
· Security performance
· Volumes
· Bands
· Band indicators
· Oscillators (Relative strenght, momentum, money flow)

By selecting the link named “Search signals on this stock” the entire list of signals is displayed. Signals can be highlighted by clicking on the chart.

All charts can be configured by right mouse clicking either on the performance line or on the chart area.
